How to Order

How do I order a product I see on your website?

Individuals:  If you are ordering a non-custom product as an individual (that is, you are not part of a registered AgonSwim.com swim team that is using AgonSwim.com suits as their team suit), click on the words "order this item" on the screen next to the particular non-custom product you wish to purchase.  To order a customized product for an individual, you will need to send an e-mail to info@agonswim.com or call 1.877.718.9403.

Teams:  If you are ordering a product for your team, you must be a member of a registered AgonSwim.com swim team (otherwise follow the instructions for individuals given above).  You must sign in to the site, by clicking on the words "sign in" at the top of the screen in the red background, and using your e-mail address and password.  You can then order a custom product for your team or buy any product on our site by clicking on "order this item" next to the product.  We give discounts to AgonSwim.com team members on all products that have special team prices, even if you are only ordering one item for non-team related swimming. But you must sign in (log in) to the site in order to order your team suit and also receive any discounts that may be available to you as a team member.  If you are not sure whether your team has a custom suit or a non-custom suit, send an e-mail to info@agonswim.com.

Information to Provide to Receive a Price Quote for a Team:
Your name and address
Your phone number and e-mail address
Your team's name
Number of male suits
Number of female suits
Number of colors in your design (white is included for free - see our unique dying process information)

Information to Provide with Your Order:
Your name and address
Your team's name, if applicable
Your phone number
A description of the style, size, and quantity of swimwear you wish to order
Credit card number with expiration date

Methods of Payment:
AgonSwim.com accepts Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and purchase orders (POs) for teams. Please make checks payable to Agonswim.com (for mailing address go to company info)

Return and exchanges
To ensure items you are returning to us arrive securely, we suggest you protect yourself against loss by sending merchandise via Insured Mail or UPS. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
HEALTH REGULATIONS STIPULATE THAT SWIMWEAR THAT IS SOILED, WORN, SNAGGED, DAMAGED OR LAUNDERED IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN OTHER THAN "AS NEW" CONDITION AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.

How do We Ship?:
We will ship you your items with any shipping company you prefer.
AgonSwim.com tends to work with UPS and USPS.
It is our policy to charge you approximately the same rate the shipping companies charge us, plus a handling fee.

International Orders (outside the United States):
Shipping and handling charges for orders with less than 6 items

Shipping and handling charges for orders with 6 or more items

Our team prices include your customs duty charges, but do not include shipping. We will pay any duty taxes for any order with 6 or more items. Orders with 6 or more items shipped to the EU with a valid VAT number will not pay VAT.
