What do these Inventory numbers mean?
Available for Immediate Delivery means we have the item you are interested in in stock.  We can ship these items to you within 48 hours.
Available for Delivery within 10 days means we already have the item you are interested in our main warehouse.  We expect to receive delivery within 10 days or less, and can ship the items to you within 48 hours of our receipt of them.

What if I need something right now?
If you have an emergency situation, please send us an e-mail at info@agonswim.com or call us at 1-877-718-9403 extension 55.  We may be able to meet your need, even if the numbers you see on the screen don’t indicate that we can.  There are always special situations, and we are here to help you with them. 

What if there aren’t any available for immediate delivery OR within 10 days?
You can still order an item, even if we don’t have any in stock or at our main warehouse.  It takes approximately 10 to 15 days to produce any item on our website.  We have our own, dedicated manufacturing facility.  We will ship it to you as soon as it is made.

What if I need a larger quantity of an item than you have in stock?
You can order as many items as you like.  We will ship what is available for immediate delivery within 48 hours; next, we will ship what we have available within 10 days; finally, we will produce the suits needed to complete your order.  These take approximately 10 to 15 days.  If you’d rather wait until the order it complete to ship, send us an e-mail at info@agonswim.com or call us at 1-877.718.9403 extension 55 to specify complete order shipment. 

Could there be a mistake in the Inventory numbers?
Mistakes are always possible.  Furthermore, these are real time numbers, which means they are changing all the time.  After you place an order, go back and check the inventory.  The suit you have ordered is immediately withdrawn from inventory.  That’s what real time means.

You don’t have very much in stock!
Agonswim.com has its own, dedicated manufacturing facility.  This means we can produce any item on our website within approximately 10 to 15 days.  Therefore, we don’t need to carry a large inventory of items.  We use a “just-in-time” manufacturing system.
