In order to estimate the total guaranteed time from the day you place your order until you receive it at your shipping location, you need to understand that there are three stages in this process.

1. the time it takes to manufacture the items in your order,
2. the time it takes to ship your order from our factory to our warehouse and
3. the time it takes to ship your order from our warehouse to your shipping location.

There are two ways to speed up your order. You may pay a rush fee to move your order through our production process more rapidly. You may also pay a drop ship fee, which means we ship your order directly from our factory to your shipping address. Each of these choices is described below.

STAGE ONE -- Manufacturing your order

   In order to obtain an ESTIMATE of how long your order will take to manufacture, we have provided data on the minimum, maximum, and average production times for AgonSwim.com since 2001. These production times are NOT GUARANTEED. The only way to receive a guaranteed production time is to pay an additional fee.

   To estimate the total time to receive your order, you must add your estimated production time (we recommend you use the MAXIMUM production time from the AgonSwim.com data as your estimate), plus 2 to 3 business days to ship your order from our factory to our warehouse, plus the transit time from our warehouse to your shipping address.

Guaranteed Production Fees

You may pay a fee in order to guarantee the amount of time your order is being manufactured. This fee follows the rate schedule below:

   If you opt to pay a guaranteed production fee, then to estimate your delivery time, you should add the guaranteed production time, plus the 2 to 3 business days it takes to ship your order from our factory to our warehouse, plus the amount of time it takes to ship your order from our warehouse to your shipping address.

STAGE TWO -- Shipping from our factory to our warehouse

   There are two options available: our normal shipping process, which ships your order from our factory to our warehouse to your location for no extra fee (option A) or you agree to pay a drop ship fee in addition to your shipping charges in order to ship directly from our factory to your location (option B).

Options:

1. If you do not want to pay a drop ship fee, then to estimate the total time to receive your order, you must add your guaranteed production time, plus 3 business days to ship your order from our factory to our warehouse, plus the transit time from our warehouse to your shipping address (see Stage 3). If you have chosen NOT to pay a fee for a guaranteed production time, we recommend you use the MAXIMUM production time from the AgonSwim.com data, plus the two shipping times (factory to warehouse and warehouse to your location), to estimate your delivery date.

2. If you are willing to pay a drop ship fee, then to estimate the total time to receive your order you add your guaranteed production time, plus 3 business days from our factory to your shipping address (you skip Stage 3 below).

   The drop ship fees depend on the order amount of your order and are shown in the table below. The drop ship fee effectively eliminates 2 to 3 days in the time it takes to receive your order, once the order has been placed, because it eliminates the second step in our process, that is, we ship your order directly to your shipping address from our factory, rather than shipping first to our warehouse and then shipping the order to you. Please note: the drop ship fee is in addition to the shipping charges for your order. STAGE THREE -- Shipping your order to your shipping address

   The final piece of information you need to estimate how long it will take to receive delivery of your order is how long it will take to ship from our warehouse, which is located in Nashville, Tennessee, to your shipping address.  You will need to go to the following websites (or use the following information) to obtain an estimate of your US shipping time, based on where your shipping address is located and the shipping method you have selected.

First Class Mail 1 to 3 business days (no guaranteed  transit times)
Priority Mail 1 to 3 business days (no guaranteed  transit times)

Now you have all three pieces to estimate your delivery date.

   To estimate the total time to receive your order, you must add your estimated production time (we recommend you use the MAXIMUM production time from the AgonSwim.com data as your estimate), plus 2 to 3 business days to ship your order from our factory to our warehouse, plus the transit time from our warehouse to your shipping address, depending on what type of shipping method you have chosen.

   If you choose to pay a fee to guarantee production time, you must add your guaranteed production time, plus 2 to 3 business days to ship your order from our factory to our warehouse, plus the transit time from our warehouse to your shipping address.

   If you also choose to pay a drop ship fee, then you must add your guaranteed production time, plus the time it takes to ship your order from our factor to your shipping address.

   You may also opt to pay a drop ship fee, but not pay a guaranteed production time fee, in which case you must add your estimated production time (we recommend you use the MAXIMUM production time from the AgonSwim.com data as your estimate), plus the time it takes to ship your order from our factory to your shipping address.
